Good evening everyone! Those with earlier deliveries today did not receive the printed out heating instructions because I had yet to finish them. Here they are for your reference. Print them out and it will be like you had them all along. 🙂

Heating instructions for 5-20 delivery

Blackened Salmon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts Medley – remove lid and place salmon in a skillet over medium high heat for at least 2 minutes per side. Time will vary as does thickness of filet. Add sprouts into skillet with a splash of water to finish.

Eggplant Parmesan with Spaghetti Squash – remove lid and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sauce may be added before cooking or slightly warmed after cooking. Just don’t cook the plastic sauce container in the oven 😉

Veggie Stir Fry – exercise your saute skills. Place a skillet on High heat until a drop of water sizzles and evaporates almost immediately. Then pour veggies and side of sauce in simultaneously. Stir fry briefly, until veggies turn a slightly brighter color, but not soft. Rice can be heated separately or added into skillet at the end.

Broccoli – Mushroom Bake – remove lid I’d plastic and concert with foil. Cardboard lid is oven safe. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.

Veggie Chili Stuffed Zucchini Boats – remove lid and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Chicken Noodle Soup and Black Bean Soup – heat in microwave on reheat setting only OR in a saucepan over medium high heat for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Veggie Omelet – Components of omelet will settle. Stir before pouring into a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat. Cook until desired texture is reached.

Quiche – Fully cooked and ready to go. Reheat in the microwave or bake for just 6 minutes at 350. Whole quiche requires a minimum of 15 minutes.

Kids Pizza – Place pizza directly on lower rack and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Kids Amish Chicken Tenders – The tricky part about these is that they are fully cooked but the sweet potato fries need to bake at 375 for 25 minutes. So remove the tenders, bake the fries, and place tenders in with the fries during the last 6 minutes of cooking.

Kids Chilean Salmon Nuggets – Remove lid and put salmon nuggets in skillet to re crisp over medium-high heat for 3 minutes and then add broccoli and cauliflower to heat

Apple Cobbler – Remove lid and bake for 10 minutes at 325
