Heating Instructions for 9-23 Delivery
Savory Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter and Broccoli – Remove lid and side of lemon butter, then place filet in skillet on medium heat with a dab of the lemon butter and cook for 3-6 minutes per side(thickness of filet varies).When the salmon is almost ready, add remaining lemon butter and stir the broccoli.
NEW!! Turkey or Tofu Pot Pie – I basted the crust with garlic and olive oil as a last minute addition. Hope you love it! Remove lid and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
NEW!! Baked Savory Stuffed Apples – Remove lid and bake at350 for 20 minutes.
NEW!! Belgian Kip/Tofu and Sprouts with Sherry Asiago Cream Sauce – Bake with lid on (or cover with foil for plastic lid entrees) at 375 for 15-18 minutes.
White Bean/Kale Soup – Heat in a saucepan on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, or microwave on reheat setting for 4-6 minutes. Times will vary. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.
Pomegranate Salad – Lots of fun flavors here. Enjoy salads within 2-3 days. Keep dressing refrigerated.
Pumpkin Muffins – Enjoy as is, or warm in the oven for 8 minutes at 250. Freezer friendly.
Multi-Veggie Omelet – Stir contents before pouring into a skillet with a dab of oil or butter. Cook to your desired consistency.
Brussel’s Sprouts-Roasted Tomato-Butternut Squash Quiche – Place into oven at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Parfait – Yum!
Kid’s Pizza – Bake at 350 for 4-8 minutes. Gluten free crust will crisp better if pizza is cooked frozen, which bakes for 8-12 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it.
Apple Cobbler – Remove lid and bake at 325 for 15-18 minutes.
