Heating Instructions for 9/16/14

Between noon and 9pm. Please have cooler ready if no one is home at any time to receive delivery.

Regular and bonus sizes come with different lids. Never cook the plastic lids in the oven, rather, cover with foil if directions say “with lid on” and you have a plastic lid. Cardboard/Foil lids are oven safe.


Dijon Chicken with Roasted Veggie Medley – Cook with lid on (reg size) at 400 for 12 minutes.

Herb Marinated Salmon with Kale, Kohlrabi, Red Pepper – Skillet recommended over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side, depending on your desired texture. Add in veggies at the end to reheat. Enjoy within 3-4 days for best quality.

Veggie Korma – Bake without lid for 15 minutes at 350, or heat in a saucepan until piping hot. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Paleo Pizza – Transfer pizza onto a baking sheet and bake at 375 in 8-12 minutes.

Tom Kha Gai – Heat in a saucepan on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, or microwave on reheat setting for 4-6 minutes. Times will vary. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Chef’s Salad w Cranberry Vinaigrette – Keep dressing refrigerated along with salad. Enjoy within 2-3 days.


Paleo Pancakes – Heat in a skillet or toaster until hot. Freezer friendly.

Sausage Cups – Heat in microwave on reheat setting for 4-5 minutes or bake at 400 for 8 -10 minutes. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Brussels-Shroom-Omelet – Stir contents before pouring into a skillet with a dab of oil or butter. Cook to your desired consistency.


Carrot Deep Cleanser – One of the most comprehensive juices yet, nutritionally speaking. Bright red, vivid green, and intense orange combine to make that unique and beautiful color that’s full of most of the antioxidants, vitamins, and phytonutrients in the edible plant kingdom. Chug-a-lug!

Saag Burritos – As any burrito, these can be cooked in oven or microwave. 25 minutes at 400 in the oven for crunchy burrito, and 1:30-2 minutes in the microwave per burrito for a quick fix that yields a moist/steamed burrito. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Kids Chicken Nuggets with Cheesy Broccoli Casserole – Remove lid and bake this dish at 400 for 5-7 minutes. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Tuna Salad Sandwich with chips – Enjoy as is! Keep bread refrigerated until use.

Refined sugar-dairy-gluten-grain-free Dark Chocolate Brownies – Enjoy as is, or warm slightly.
