Miso Glazed Salmon or Tofu with Stir Fry Veggies – There’s no better source for Omega 3’s out there! These Scottish salmon filets (Wester Ross, Scotland) are glazed with miso, sake, and Aji-Mirin, and served with blanched green beans, carrot slivers, and red peppers with a ginger/tamari infused flavor. (Choose Salmon or Tofu)


Chicken and Spinach Mornay over Rice-Veggie Pilaf – Sounds fancy, but it’s really simple. A Mornay sauce is your basic creamy sauce with some sort of cheese added. Typically made with butter, heavy cream, and refined white flour, we choose to use brown rice flour, coconut milk, and other smarter ingredients with real benefits. Pour it on top of a seasoned and seared chicken breast (Gerber Farms, Kidron, Ohio) or our Amina filet, topped with spinach and optional Cabot’s cheese  Vegan option will include a dairy-free version of the sauce. Served with a side of a veggie-packed rice pilaf. (Choose Chicken or Vegan, and Cheese or No Cheese)


Mega-Veggie Lasagna
Just like classic lasagna, it contains a complex, tangy marinara and layers of ‘ricotta’ cheese, except this one is made with a dairy-free white sauce (contains coconut milk and tofu with herbs, spices, lemon juice), herbs, lots of veggies, and zucchini for noodles instead of pasta. We’ll make this one big and tall, and top it with Cabot’s naturally lactose-free cheese. Now available with Grassfed Bison meat sauce. (Choose Veggie or Grassfed Bison and Cheese or No Cheese)<


Lemon Tarragon Superfood Salad – A bed of mixed greens, as well as purple and Napa cabbage topped with carrots, red onion, chia seeds, feta (optional), pecans, quinoa and dried cherries.  Served with one of our favorite dressings made with lemon and tarragon. Add any protein you wish, or just enjoy the salad as is!  (Choose Cheese or No Cheese, and Chicken, Salmon, Tofu, or Veggie)


Tom Kha Gai (Thai Lemongrass Soup) – Braised tofu, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and onions in a refreshing coconut milk/lemongrass/limey broth. Great for lung detoxification, immune system health, and digestion stimulation as well. Goes down easy, fills you up, and rejuvenates you simultaneously. One of our most popular soups! (Choose Amish Chicken or Tofu)




Broccoli-Caramelized Onion Breakfast Bake – Starting your day with the vitamins, minerals, and fiber from veggies and the protein, vitamin D, and E from eggs is what we evolved with, and that’s why it makes you feel so good. Fuel your morning without fear of lunch-time fatigue! A baked, crust-less quiche ready to heat and eat! Cabot’s cheese optional, let us know in the notes.


Apple Flaxjacks – Pancakes made purely out of apples, flax seeds, spices, and eggs. We’ll make sure you get your fill with 4 of them. Nourishing and guaranteed to start your day with brain fueling omega’s and easily the highest fiber breakfast item out there. Comes with a side of added sugar-free but irresistible apple compote… house made and completely organic, of course!
