Chile Seared Salmon w/Cilantro Butter and Veggie Soubise Unrivaled quality, texture and flavor make this dish one of our most exquisite to date. The cilantro butter is dairy-free and the soubise will cover all of your vitamins with Brussel’s sprouts, carrots, kale, tomatoes in a creamy (also dairy-free) sauce. Indulge in this special dish that is one in a million. It could sit comfortably among the world’s most expensive fine dining establishments, but they don’t typically use organic produce and keep an eye on nutrition like they should. We believe that, as chefs, we stand on the front-line of wellness, prevention, and even recovery, so it is our DUTY to avoid any potential hazards, whatever they may be. We’ve got your back.


Portobello Chicken with Herb Roasted Veggie Medley Chicken breast (Gerber Farms, Kidron, Ohio) or vegan Amina filet marinated overnight and seared, placed on top of a roasted portobello mushroom cap filled with our spinach/artichoke dip and topped with Cabot’s cheese (optional). Served with a side of herb-roasted veggies and a ground-breaking new concept – Garlic Breadsticks that are HEALTHY! (Choose Veggie or Chicken, and Cheese or No Cheese)


Nav-Ratan Veggie Korma Nav-Ratan means “9 gems” for the wonderful array of colors of vegetables and cashews simmered in light Indian spices, crushed tomatoes, and coconut cream. Now comes with a side of rice, by request. For those who do not typically like curry, this is one of the most mildly spiced Indian dishes we do. There will still be a bit of heat to it, but not as much coriander, cardamom, or garam masala as the others. Give it a try! (Choose Veggie or Chicken)


Build-your-own Tacos The breading, made almond flour, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and nutritional yeast packs so much flavor that these tacos taste just as awesome whether you choose organic Tilapia from Cincy’s own LifeAquatic, Amish chicken, or NaSoya Tofu. 5-6 sticks are served on the side of shredded cabbage, red onion, carrot, jalapenos, cilantro, two gluten-free spinach tortillas, and a side of chia tartar sauce. Your co-workers will be very jealous. (Choose Tofu, Chicken or Tilapia )


SpinBerry Supreme (Now with MORE strawberries) Enjoy fresh, organic strawberries and walnuts over a silky spinach salad with pecans, Brazil nuts, cashews, radicchio, carrots, red onion, chia seed, flax seed, hemp seed, and Cabot’s cheese. (Choose Cheese or No Cheese)

Tip: Strawberries are one of the most important foods to buy organic, ranking high on the annual Dirty Dozen list. That’s why we do what we do… you can’t simply un-know this stuff.




Florentine Breakfast Bake Ample amounts of roasted red pepper, spinach, and caramelized onions baked with our vitamin-packed breakfast blend of farm fresh eggs (Milford, Ohio), organic egg whites, nutritional yeast and seasonings – all drizzled with a fresh basil pesto. Simply heat and eat. Top with Cabot’s cheese (optional).


Local Maple-Apple-Cinnamon-Walnut Oatmeal Slow roasted, spiced apples and win the day in this classic. Keep it in the fridge and simply heat when you’re ready to eat! As “from scratch” as oatmeal can get.
