Amish Turkey (OR VEGAN) Spinach and Mushroom Meatloaf with Green Bean Casserole – Amish Turkey, (Bush’s Country Corner, Findlay Mkt.) spinach, gluten-free bread crumbs, farm-fresh eggs (Milford, Ohio), nutritional yeast, shallots, OR Vegan vitamin D enriched Portobello mushrooms with all of the above baked to a tender loaf and baked to perfection, you get 6oz covered in our signature red-sauce (with kale, chia seed, and other super-foods added and pureed with the sauce) reduced to bring out almost a sun-dried flavor.  Served with a side of grain, dairy, and gluten-free (and Grandma approved!) green bean casserole.

Blackened Salmon with steamed broccoli and cauliflower – 7oz  Verlasso Chilean Salmon fillet flash seared blackened for a little savory kick served with a side of mixed broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and lemon. Just heat to your preferred level of firmness.

Asian Chicken OR Tofu with Soy Noodles and Broccoli – All of the flavor you would expect from a dish such as this. Sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, hoisin, perfectly balanced for carb-free soy noodles, broccoli, and cashews. Can be made without cashews for allergies. Let us know in the notes. Spice level 1

Saag Chole  – A creamier version of our coconut milk based Saag. For those unfamiliar, Saag is an Indian dish made with spinach, tomatoes and spices simmered in cream for many hours on end. Served with brown rice/quinoa mix

“Tortilla” Soup (with or without Amish Chicken)  (20 oz. reg) Tomatoes, adobo chipotle peppers, lime, herbs, and Amish chicken (Gerber farms, Kidron, Ohio) and cilantro garnish served on side. This soup is enriched and creamified with chia seeds and coconut milk. We let the lime juice and herbs do the flavoring, not salt. Spice level 5 (medium)

Caesar Salad (with or without Amish Chicken) – We will be using HealthSavor co-owner Kara’s family recipe for this one. It just so happens to be cream-less and delicious. Perfect! Salad will be made with romaine, spinach, other greens, and topped with roasted tomatoes, red onion, chia seeds, a dash of black pepper and Cabot Co-op cheese.

Mini Pizzas – 4 mini pizzas, on top of our flavorful Paleo crust! Knowing us, you can count on the pizzas having vegetables on them. 2 pesto based, spinach, sun-dried tomato, feta pizzas, and 2 with mushrooms, red peppers and our signature, nutrient amped red sauce with Cabot’s and mozzarella cheese mix. $14

Blueberry-Banana Popsicles – Nothing more needs to be said! $3 Per-sicle!

Dont Be A Baby – Cucumbers, Meyer lemons, pears, a dash of ginger, and a whole medium Red Cabbage juiced into a supremely anti-cancer, gut friendly concoction that sounds funky but is actually delicious. Afraid of cabbage? Come on… we’re in this to win this. $15/Qt.

Breakfast Package

Multi-Veggie Quiche – A bigger slice this time! Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day, so we’ll cover vitamins A-K for you by including lightly sauteed kale and roasted tomatoes (A), nutritional yeast (B), red peppers (C), our special portobello mushrooms (D), almonds (E), and Brussel’s sprouts (C, K), along with farm-fresh (Milford, Ohio) Eggs, Cabot’s cheese and coconut milk, all in an irresistible and low-glycemic (only 1/10% brown rice flour) flaky crust. That’s how it’s done, folks.

Strawberry Nut Bars –  We’ll keep it honest with stevia to make the preserves and bake that into a carb-free nut-bar with a pecan based crumble on top. Tastes like it should be really bad for you…but it’s not!  And as convenient as healthy gets.

Kale-Butternut Squash Omelet with Feta – Simple and effective way to power your day. Sauteed kale and butternut squash go perfect with feta cheese, nutritional yeast for a variety of B-vitamins, and flavor of course, all sauteed and cooled, then mixed with 6 whites and 2 yolks from farm fresh eggs (Milford, Ohio), ready to stir, pour in a skillet, and cook to your desired texture.
