Miso Glazed Sea Bass with Hibachi-style Veggies – Wild caught Chilean Sea Bass filets are glazed with miso, sake, and Aji-Mirin, and served with blanched green beans, carrot slivers, and red peppers with a flavor straight off of the Hibachi grill.
Thai Green Curry – Different from the Indian curry, this is the Thai version, which has a strong and spicy basil flavor and makes a very tasty broth with coconut milk, ginger, garlic and a ton of veggies, regular and bonus versions served with a side of seasoned cauliflower. (Choose Amish Chicken or Tofu)
Portobello Chicken with Herb Roasted Veggie Medley – Chicken breast (Gerber Farms, Kidron, Ohio) or NaSoya tofu marinated overnight and seared, placed on top of a roasted portobello mushroom cap filled with our spinach/artichoke dip and topped with Cabot’s cheese (optional). Served with a side of herb-roasted red peppers
Acorn Squash Bowl – Another vitamin A through K dish brought to you by HS. We carve out a baked acorn squash, and fill it with sauteed greens, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and herbs Garnished with pecans and optional Cabot’s naturally lactose-free cheese. Scraping the bowl is encouraged. (Choose Cheese or No Cheese)
Chicken or Veggie Gumbo – This classic will have plenty of soul, but way less sodium and no grains. Filled with veggies (and optional Amish Chicken) and cajun seasonings and love. (Choose Chicken or Vegan)
Cranberry-Pecan Salad with Herb Infused Oil and Vinegar – Hearty greens and mixed leafy greens combine with radicchio to form a strong foundation for the tart (dried)cranberries, pecans, roasted butternut squash, and feta cheese. We’ll sprinkle some chia seeds and red onion on there, too. Served with a side of herb-infused extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. (Choose Cheese or No Cheese)
Kale Lemonade (Fresh Juice) This one consistently outsells the rest, so it stays! Kale, lemons, apples, cucumber, and ginger work together quite well to make a supremely rejuvenating pick-me-up beverage. We serve them in quarts, which means you will be receiving 4 whole bunches of kale, 4 lemons, 4 apples, 2 cucumbers, as well as the digestion stimulating ginger, in an almost too-easy-to-chug juice (Easy now… it’s a full 4 servings). Vitamins and minerals galore!! $15/qt.
Chewy Fruit, Nut and Granola Bars – Almonds, pecans, shredded coconut, GF certified oats, cranberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, and low-glycemic coconut palm sugar make up the bulk of this bar. If we can cram another berry in, we certainly will. A great post-workout bar or something to keep on hand in case you run out of HealthSavor meals before your next delivery to help you avoid the fast food option. Vegan friendly. You get 3! $8
Apple-Cinnamon Nut Bars – Similar to our breakfast bars. Soft, delicate, and chewy with crunchy topping. Since this one is in the sweets category, we will make it fruitier and sweeter than our breakfast bars, but we still refuse to use sugar. Instead, we will sweeten the mix with dates. You get a full batch to share (9″ rectangular tin full). Freezer Friendly! $14
Roasted Turkey Lunch Box Kabobs – Everything you need to make one heck of a turkey sandwich, except it goes on a kabob instead of bread. We season and roast the free range Amish turkey (Busch’s Country Corner, Findlay Mkt.) and cut it into medallions to join cucumbers, Cabot’s naturally lactose free super sharp white cheddar cheese, and tomatoes, all on 2 kabobs, over a bed of greens and a side of chia mayo. To make sure they get their vitamins, we will include a portion of Spinach/Kale chips (30% Vitamin A, 110% Vitamin K per serving). $10
Mini Pizzas and Carrot Sticks with Peanut Butter – Bite size and fun shaped mini paleo pizzas topped with our nutrient amped red sauce (enriched with kale, nutritional yeast, and chia seed) and naturally lactose-free Cabot’s cheese. Comes with a side of carrot sticks and peanut butter for dipping. Another great lunch box option! $10
Apple Flaxjacks – Pancakes made purely out of apples, flax seeds, spices, and eggs. We’ll make sure you get your fill with 4 of them. Goes great with some organic butter or apple butter (not included).
Brussel’s Sprout-Portobello Mushroom Omelet – Starting your day with the vitamins, minerals, and fiber from veggies and the protein, vitamin D, and E from eggs is what we evolved with, and that’s why it makes you feel so good. Fuel your morning without fear of lunch-time fatigue! Cabot’s cheese optional, let us know in the notes.
Vanilla-Fig-Chia Muffins – Figs are loaded with minerals, fiber, and flavor, so we bake them into an almond/coconut flour based muffin (includes eggs) along with spices, vanilla bean, and chia seeds. We think you’ll dig em.
