Savory Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter and Broccoli – Our “like butta” sustainably caught Salmon filets are making taste buds happier and brains healthier all over the tri-state. This week, we’re getting them from Scotland to give those Chilean fishes a break to re-populate. A simple seasoning will be seared in, with a tasty side of Lemon Butter that goes great on the fish and the side of broccoli.
Amish Turkey (OR VEGAN) Spinach or Mushroom Meatloaf with Brussels’s sprout/veggie Medley – Amish Turkey, (Bush’s Country Corner, Findlay Mkt.) spinach, gluten-free bread crumbs, farm-fresh eggs (Milford, Ohio), nutritional yeast, shallots, OR vitamin D enriched Portobello mushrooms (Vegetarian Option Only) baked to a tender loaf. You get 6oz covered in our signature red-sauce (with kale, chia seed, and other super-foods added and pureed with the sauce) reduced to bring out almost a sun-dried flavor. (Choose Vegetarian-Mushroom or Turkey-Spinach, and Cheese or No Cheese)
Belgian Kip/Tofu and Sprouts with Sherry Asiago Cream Sauce – Your choice of Marinated and Braised tofu or “Kip”, which is just Belgian shorthand for Chicken. It comes with a creamy side of Brussel’s Sprouts and onions with an asiago cream sauce. For the tofu version, the “asiago” sauce will be dairy free. (Choose Tofu or Chicken)
Tofu or Chicken Tikka Masala – Organic, non-gmo tofu or Amish chicken (Kidron, Ohio) and vegetables simmered in Indian spices, crushed tomatoes, and coconut cream. We don’t do grains much anymore, because you get enough carbs from all of the vegetables, so we will skip the rice and give you a bigger portion Tikka Masala, with a side of lightly sauteed peppers and onions to round this dish of nicely. Pig out on Indian food, without the food coma! (Choose Tofu or Chicken)
Asian Chicken OR Tofu with Soy Noodles Red Peppers and Broccoli – All of the flavor you would expect from a dish such as this. Sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, hoisin, perfectly balanced for carb-free soy noodles, broccoli, red peppers and cashews. Garnished with black sesame seeds and scallions. Can be made without cashews for allergies. Let us know in the notes. (Choose Amish Chicken or Tofu)
Tom Kha Gai (Thai Lemongrass Soup) – Braised tofu, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and onions in a refreshing coconut milk/lemongrass/limey broth. Great for lung detoxification, immune system health, and digestion stimulation as well. Goes down easy, fills you up, and rejuvenates you simultaneously. (Choose Amish Chicken or Tofu)
Pumpkin Muffins – Our original carb-free muffin recipe that formed the base for all the rest. Real pumpkin, almond flour, an egg, chia seeds, and spices are lightly sweetened with stevia.
Multi-Veggie Omelet – Multi-veggie equals multi-vitamin. The more colors you eat everyday, the more vitamins and minerals you get. That’s one of our secrets to making our meals so healthy, and the main reason why we tend to be attracted to colorful dishes.
Brussel’s Sprouts-Roasted Tomato-Butternut Squash Quiche – A slice of our popular quiche, with award winning and naturally lactose-free Cabot’s cheese.
Mini Stuffed Mushroom Bites – Our house-made turkey (sourced from Findlay Mkt) sausage, spices, herbs, roasted red peppers, and cabot’s cheese stuffed into mini “button” portobellas. You get a tin full to simply bake and share as a great appetizer, side item, or all-to-yourself as a healthy meal or snack. $9
Dont Be A Baby (Fresh Juice) – Cucumbers, Meyer lemons, pears, a dash of ginger, and a whole medium Red Cabbage juiced into a supremely anti-cancer, gut friendly concoction that sounds funky but is actually delicious. Afraid of cabbage? Come on… we’re in this to win this. $15/Qt.
Kid’s Pizza – Our classic kid’s pizza, on Udi’s Gluten-Free crust, with a simple pizza sauce and mozzerella cheese. $9
Kids Amish Chicken Nuggets – They’re back! Hands down THE healthiest chicken nugget out there. Breaded in quinoa/coconut flour, gluten-free bread crumbs, and nutritional yeast, the Amish (Kidron, Ohio) chicken is mixed with lemon juice and a bit of oat flour. We brown them in coconut oil, you heat and serve. Loaded with clean protein, vitamins (especially the B-family) and minerals. You get 6, served this week with sweet potato fries. Freezer friendly. $8
GUILT FREE DESSERT
Apple Cobbler – Fresh granny smith and fuji apples tossed with spices and some stevia and baked. We top it with a crunchy mix of pecans, shredded coconut (with a barely noticeable texture) and more spices like cinnamon, allspice, etc. Could be a dessert, could be a breakfast, could be a snack with a hot beverage. However you enjoy it, rest easy knowing that it has no added sugar, grains, or dairy. $12
