Thanksgiving Aid Package!

Hey, everyone, Chef Brandon here. I want to make for your family the same quality of food I make for mine, and Thanksgiving should be no different.  It’s all of the staples you’ve grown to love, but made with the most nutritious ingredients out there! We’ll bring it to you on Wednesday from 6-9, so all you have to do is pop it all in the oven for a couple of hours on Thursday for the healthiest and easiest Thanksgiving you’ve ever pulled off.  No stress, no mess, no chemicals! ALL organic, the way that the Native Americans and Pilgrims enjoyed it together.

Your family and friends won’t have any idea that you didn’t make this food yourself as you are pulling your freshly roasted turkey breast and green bean casserole out of the oven in front of them. We WILL be including a full nutritional analysis of all items, as always, for your personal reference.. or in case you want to brag about us 😉

What you will be getting:

  • 4 different side items of your choice
  • Salad dressing (comes with salad mix) of your choice
  • Dessert of your choice
  • Turkey or Mushroom Gravy, Cranberry Relish

Main entrée:  Amish Turkey Breast or Cashew Crusted/Herb-Marinated Tofu

Both entrees seasoned and rubbed with fresh rosemary, sage, thyme, black pepper, a dash of lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Ready to Bake!

Sides:

Butternut Squash/Pecan/Herb Casserole – Many of you who were with us for the 10/29 delivery got a taste of this dish. A savory take on butternut squash, with rosemary, sage, smoked paprika and feta cheese sprinkled about.

Green Bean Casserole – Onions, fried in grapeseed oil with a sorghum flour breading, baked on top of green beans and a healthy mushroom gravy.

Cheesy Macaroni Casserole – Brown rice spiral noodles, cooked al-dente and mixed with a dairy-free sauce to keep the fat at bay, then topped with Cabot’s Seriously Sharp white cheddar cheese, gluten free bread crumbs, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Classic Mashed Potatoes – Russet and Red Potatoes, peeled, boiled, and whipped with plant-based cream and some nutritional yeast for those B vitamins and chia flour for omega 3’s.

Roasted Garlic/Rosemary Mashed Potatoes – All of the delight of the classic mashed potatoes, with fresh roasted garlic, rosemary, more nutritional yeast, and black pepper.  A favorite at my family’s Thanksgivings.

Herb Roasted Stuffing – Yes, we have gluten-free stuffing as well. I mean, you gotta have stuffing, right?

Sweet Potato Casserole – Marshmallows? Nah… I use a touch of Captain Morgan’s spiced rum to take this classic dish to the next level. All of the alcohol bakes out and only the wonderful flavor is left and it really makes this dish irresistible, without all of the sugar. Topped with cinnamon roasted walnuts and diced dates.

Condiments:

Portobello Mushroom and Turkey Gravy – Both gravies made from the real deal, not bouillon cubes. I will be using chia flour and brown rice flour to thicken, not starch. I guarantee satisfactory thickness and consistency.

Cranberry relish/Cranberry Sauce – Cranberries… real, organic ones, mixed with just the right amount of ginger, freshly juice apples, stevia, and chia flour to reproduce the consistency you may be used to. Sorry, we can’t shape it like a can for you, and it won’t be quite as… wobbly.

Salad Dressings:

A virtual “Best Of” from the dressings you may have tried with our salads over the past few months. All dressings made from freshly juiced fruits, no pre-packaged juices or concentrates ever.  Choose from Cranberry, Lemon-Tarragon, Caesar, Matcha Goddess, or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Desserts!!

Apple Cobbler – Organic apples and spices, baked with a sweet, gluten free crust, and topped with a date/ginger drizzle – served in our 8” tin.

Pumpkin Pie – This one is special. We made a raw, vegan, gluten free pumpkin pie last year that fooled everyone who tried it. Mixed nuts and dates pressed firmly into a pie crust, and filled with organic pumpkin, plant-based cream, and spices. Feel free to have as many helping as you would like…. It’s really healthy! Served in our 8” tin.

Banana-Nut Bread – These were a hit a few weeks back on our menu. Served as mini-loafs for 5-6 servings.

Why Go Gluten Free?

Gluten is a primary protein found in many grains. With increased consumption of highly refined wheat flour over the last 50 years, many individuals have found they are gluten-sensitive. LEARN MORE
