Savory Seared Salmon with Broccoli Slaw – Remove lid and place salmon filet in skillet on medium-high. Cook for 2-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired cook temp. Salmons are par-cooked to medium rare.

Chicken Spiral Rolls – Remove lid and onion butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Onion better can be spread on top before or after cooking. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Saag Stuffed Zucchini – Remove chutney and cilantro butter cups, take bread from bag and put it back in the tin with the entrée, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Saag and bread is freezer friendly, but the zucchini may become mushy if frozen.

Chipotle-Veggie Enchilada Bake – Remove lid and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.  Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Portobello Veggie Burger – Remove burger patty from tin and cook in a skillet over medium high heat for 6 minutes.

Tom Kha Gai (Thai Lemongrass Soup) – ready to simply reheat in microwave or in a saucepan until piping hot. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Tomato/Watermelon Gazpacho – Intended to be enjoyed chilled.

 Oatmeal – Heat in microwave on reheat for 2-3 minutes, or in a saucepan, stirring frequently, over medium heat, for 5-8 minutes

Veggie Omelet – Simply pour into a skillet and cook to desired consistency.

Paleo Pizza – Bake until cheese is melted

Scones – Heat to your desired level of crispness, or enjoy as is.  Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Quiche of the Week – Remove wrapper and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes (whole pie) For individual slices, 10 minutes will do.  Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Kid’s Sketti with Amish Turkey Meatballs – Remove lid and cover with foil, then bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Kid’s Fish Filet – Remove fish from tin and bake filet at 400 for 6 – 8 minutes or place in skillet and cook over medium/high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side. Coleslaw is pre-dressed and should not be cooked.

Kid’s Chicken Nuggets – Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. For a super crispy nugget, place them in a skillet with a dab of oil and pan fry for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Blueberry Pie – Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.
