Heating Instructions for 5/6/2014

Quinoa Crusted Salmon with Garlic Broccoli/Cauliflower
To insure quality, this salmon is seared, but NOT fully cooked. Remove lid and bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes. Salmon is cooked to mid-rare, cooking times vary on your preferred temperature. Medium = 15 minutes, Medium well = 20 minutes.

Savory Acorn Squash Bowl
Remove lid and bake at 325 for 30 min or transfer to microwave safe container and place in microwave on reheat for 5 min

Amish Turkey and Spinach or Veggie Meatloaf
Remove lid and bake at 375 for 15 minutes

Kale, Red Pepper, Broccoli Spread Roll Ups
Ready to eat, enjoy!!

Roasted Veggie Pesto Pasta
You can prepare it in a saucepan over medium heat by pouring ALL contents in and stirring frequently until hot, or you can remove the pesto, put the lid back on and bake for 15 minutes at 350, then pour on the pesto and stir. Yes, you can microwave it too, (in a microwave safe container)

Kale White Bean Soup
Simply heat and serve in – Microwave on reheat setting for 4-6 minutes. Or, saucepan on medium high heat stirring frequently for 7-8 minutes. Freezer friendly.

Brazilian Stew
Simply heat and serve in – Microwave on reheat setting for 4-6 minutes. Or, saucepan on medium high heat stirring frequently for 7-8 minutes. Freezer friendly.

Veggie Omelet
Components of omelet will settle. Stir before pouring into a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat. Cook until desired texture is reached.

Swiss Chard Pie with Sausage Crust
Take out of wrapper and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Quiche
Fully cooked and ready to go. Reheat in the microwave or bake for just 6 minutes at 350

Kids Pizza
Place pizza directly on lower rack and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Kids Amish Chicken Tenders
The tricky part about these is that they are fully cooked but the sweet potato fries need to bake at 375 for 25 minutes. So remove the tenders, bake the fries, and place tenders in with the fries during the last 6 minutes of cooking.

Kids Chilean Salmon Nuggets
Remove lid and put salmon nuggets in skillet to re crisp over medium-high heat for 3 minutes and then add broccoli and cauliflower to heat

Apple Cobbler
Remove lid and bake for 10 minutes at 325
