Heating Instructions for 3/9/15 Delivery

Balsamic Salmon w/ Brussels Sprouts and Winter Squash – Remove lid and bake for 15-25 minutes at 375, depending on your preference. Also works great in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for about 4-6 minutes per side, remove filet and add in veggie side to skillet, along with about a tablespoon or two of water to steam for about 3 minutes, until heated throughout and piping hot. Freezer Friendly. Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Portobello Chicken with Herb Roasted Veggie Medley – Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Can also be lightly heated in microwave (in a safe container) to remove chill, then baked for less time. Freezer friendly. Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Savory Italian Acorn Squash Bowl – Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for approximately 25 minutes. For faster cooking time, microwave on reheat setting for about 2-3 minutes, then bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.

Broccoli/Cauliflower/Chickpea Curry – Bake with lid on, or remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions, or wing it!

Turkey Pot Roast – Stove top is the fastest way to enjoy this one. 4-5 minutes in a saucepan over medium-high heat should do it. Also bake-able with lid on or covered with foil at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Freezer Friendly. Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Soups and Stews – Pour into sauce pan and heat until hot throughout OR use the microwave for 3-4 min on reheat setting. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Blueberry-Vanilla-Almond Oatmeal – You can either heat in a sauce pan or remove lid and microwave on reheat for 2-3 min (ovens vary).

Apple Strudel Muffins – Mmmm… Unbelievable, no sugar added flavor. You can’t find a grain free muffin like this anywhere else! Enjoy as is or warm briefly and enjoy.

Breakfast Bakes – Remove lid and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
