Heating Instructions for 10-13-2015 Delivery

 

Burgers – The burger sits atop two pieces of chickpea flat bread, as requested. We do our best to get in any requests you send our way (hint hint). We recommend lifting the burger and bread together out of the tin and then baking the burger for 15 minutes at 350. You could also cook the burgers on the grill or in a frying pan on medium-high heat for about 4 minute per side. Heat onions and peppers, if desired, and enjoy. Heads Up! The green peppers are jalapeno, and the reds are bell peppers.op with lettuce and tomato, and your favorite condiment.

 

Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan with Roasted Pesto Veggies – Remove lid and sauces and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken or eggplant, then mix the pesto with the veggies.

 

Chipotle Enchilada Bake – Remove lid and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

 

Turkey or Veggie Pot Pie – Bake covered for 12 minutes at 425, longer for crispier crust.

 

White Bean/Kale Soup – Heat in a saucepan on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, or microwave on reheat setting for 4-6 minutes. Times will vary. For a more concentrated flavor without needing to add salt, cook for extended period of time until noticeably thickened.

 

Breakfast Bake – Heat uncovered at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

 

Pumpkin Cinnamon Bites – So, I have a rather humorous confession. When we created these, we intended them to be little spirals, but when we baked them, they ended up looking like little swirly turds. After we stopped laughing, we decided to just do “bites, instead. All of the same goodness of the cinnamon roll, with real, local, organic pumpkin, instead of only the spices. Enjoy as is or warmed. Bring it up another notch with some butter on top of these fresh out of the oven.

Any item can be frozen, except entrees that do not require any cooking. Naturally, the texture of the vegetables may change after freezing. Use your best judgement.

We recommend eating the seafood and fresh, raw (salads, wraps, etc.) within the first few days.

Never cook entrees with plastic lid on in the oven. If instructions call for an item to be covered, but you have a plastic lid, remove the lid and cover with foil.
