Heating Instructions for 7/15 /14 Delivery

Caution: If any entrees have plastic lids and need to be baked, please remove the lid and replace with a layer of foil, unless instructions call for no lid.

Entrees:

Tandoori Chicken or Tofu with Curried Mashed Cauliflower and Coconut Raita: Remove lid and side of Coconut Raita. Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes. Use Raita as dipping sauce or pour on top. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Quinoa Crusted Salmon with Roasted Rosemary Butternut Squash-Cauliflower and Shallots: Place Salmon in a skillet with a dab of oil on medium-high heat. Cook for at least 3 minutes per side, until your desired temperature is reached. Salmon should begin to flake apart and become firm to the touch. Add in side item during last 2 minutes of cooking, tossing occasionally. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Veggie Table Stir Fry: Heat skillet to high, add veggies and eggs if applicable, then add seasoning sauce and stir rapidly. Remove from heat when the vegetables begin to soften but are still crisp.

Broccoli and Mushroom Bake: With lid on, bake entrée at 375 for 10 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Butternut Squash Soup: Heat in a saucepan on medium high heat, stirring frequently until piping hot, or reheat in microwave on reheat setting for 4-5 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Arugula-Mandarin Salad: If you cook or freeze this one, you are silly. For maximum freshness, please enjoy the salad within 3 days.

Breakfast:

Blueberry Nut Bars: Keep refrigerated. Can be enjoyed as is, or slightly warmed. Freezer Friendly: Bake for a few moments after thawing

Broccoli-Caramelized Onion Omelet: Stir contents well before pouring into a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat. Cook to your desired texture. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous instructions.

Porto-Brussels Quiche: Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes.

Extras:

Kids Chicken, Cheese, Spinach Quesadilla: Bring it to life in a skillet or a flat-top griddle for about 2-3 minutes per side. Gluten-free tortillas must be enjoyed within 4 days.

Kids Amish Chicken Tenders: Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Bake from freezer at 425 for 15 minutes

Beets Antique: Enjoy this just within 48 hours to receive maximum benefits. If you can’t finish it in time, make fresh Juice-Sicles!

Edamame Dip: Enjoy as an appetizer to share or as a snack or lunch on-the-go!  No heating for this one.
