Heating Instructions for 10/7/14

Fish Tacos We recommend heating up the fish or tofu sticks briefly in the oven, while softening the tortillas in a skillet for 1 minute per side. Gluten-free tortillas can be a bit fragile, so use caution. The lime really punctuates this dish.

Pecan Chicken with Grilled Asparagus-Veggie Medley – Remove lid and bake for 15 min at 350. If you have a food thermometer, a minimum internal temp of 165 should be reached for chicken. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Creamy Veggie Lasagna – Remove lid and bake at 368 for 20 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Broccoli-Cauliflower-Chickpea-Chicken or Tofu Curry – Remove lid and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Freezer Friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Broccoli and Mushroom Bake: Bake with lid on (unless your lid is plastic) at 325 for 15 minutes.

Butternut Squash/Coconut/LimeSoup – Pour into sauce pan and heat until hot throughout, adding about a tablespoon of water to steam. Or use the microwave for 3-4 min on reheat setting. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Broccoli-Caramelized Onion Omelet – Simply pour into a skillet and cook to desired consistency over med heat.

Asparagus-Artichoke-Pesto and Goat Cheese Quiche -Remove the lid and bake at 375 for 10 min. For full quiche, heat at 350 for 20 minutes.

Breakfast Burritos – Heat in the oven at 425 for 10 minutes or heat in the microwave ON REHEAT SETTING ONLY for 1-2 minutes. Freezer friendly: Thaw completely and follow previous heating instructions.

Under the C (Fresh Juice) – Be sure to stir well before serving. For maximum benefit, consume within 48 hours of delivery.

Kids Sketti w/Turkey Meatballs – Remove lid and cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Kid’s Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders – Heat tenders only in tin or on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 375.

Klondike Bars (Dairy-free, Paleo) – We have a winner! Our favorite frozen dessert yet!
