So how does your service work?

With physiology and nutrition in mind, we have created a menu that is as diverse and tasty as it is nutrient-dense.

We shop, chop, prep, cook and package ready to heat and eat meals for you to keep on hand to make that healthy diet you know you need more attainable. Heating instructions are included with your order.

Enjoy your no-hassle meals all week! We’re proud to serve the majority of our dishes in compostable, vegetable-based containers that are oven-friendly and microwave safe! 

We are offering a variety of entrees that will be available at all times, along with some that will rotate weekly, including a couple breakfast items.

 

How do I order?

We’ve made eating the healthiest food in the region as convenient as possible. Just click on the items you’d like, choose any add-on or options that sound good, and then check out with a credit card (or your PayPal account). We’ll ask for some kind of important things like your delivery address, a phone number, and email address (HealthSavor is against Spam in all of its forms).

 

To where do you deliver?

We cover almost all of the 275 loop around greater Cincinnati. As we are based on the Eastern-most point of 275, we cannot service Indiana addresses, or the Idlewild/Hebron areas of Kentucky, unless it’s a big order ($400+).  For those pretty far outside of our area, perhaps you or a friend works within our range? We’re happy to deliver to a business.  Please feel free to email us and we’ll figure it out.

How many servings is each entree?

We take special care to stay within an average of  calories for each size available of any dish, from lunch as low as 300 to family meals as high as 2300.

We offer many catering/bulk options as well, for business meetings, luncheons, family dinners, meetup groups and anything else, big or small.

 

Do you cater parties or corporate events?

Yes!  We can make your next event/meeting the healthiest yet!  We can drop it off to you or set it up and attend it.  Please contact us for a quote. We can set up a specific time for delivery or to be set up by.

 

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes.  We accept credit card payments via our merchant service, Paypal Pro.  You do not need an account with Paypal to use your credit card there and it is a secure system. You can, however, use your Paypal account, if you have one.

 

Can I pay with a check?

For online ordering, we only accept credit card and PayPal payments.  If you are someone who is unable to order online, we are happy to discuss other options.  Please contact us via email or by phone to set that up.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you’ve placed your order and the payment has gone through, if you need to cancel your order, we require cancellation at least 5 days prior to delivery in order to refund 100% of the charges. If you cancel between 5 and 2 days prior, you will only be refunded 50% of your charges, as we will already have purchased and begun processing your food. There will be no refund for orders cancelled with fewer than 2 days notice prior to delivery date.

 

Online ordering isn’t working for me.  What should I do?
